Who is behind ChatDocto
ChatDocto is a Tunisian service to find a doctor, compare the availability that practices publish, and request an appointment online, with Sina, an assistant that helps you say what you feel in your own words. It is built and run in Tunis.
What the platform does
A directory of practising doctors across Tunisia, with the hours, fees and addresses they publish. An appointment request is confirmed by the practice itself, never automatically. Where a doctor offers it, the visit can take place by video, in your browser.
Around the visit: articles written by doctors, and the leaflets of the medicines sold in Tunisia, in plain words. Using the site is free for patients; you pay only the consultation, at the practice.
Where the profiles come from
Listings start from publicly available practice information (address, hours, phone) and are corrected by the practitioners who claim them. Claiming is free and is the only way to publish online availability. A profile that looks wrong can be reported to [email protected]; a practitioner can claim or correct a listing by writing to [email protected].
What it is not
ChatDocto does not give medical advice. Sina suggests specialties and profiles; it does not diagnose or treat. In an emergency, call 190 (SAMU).
