For anything about a booking, your account or a profile that looks wrong, write to [email protected]. Tell us the doctor's name and the date you were looking at and we can find it straight away.

• A booking that was never confirmed, or that you need to cancel.
• A doctor's opening hours, address or fee that does not match reality.
• Trouble signing in, or a phone number you can no longer receive codes on.

We do not give medical advice by email, and we cannot pass a clinical message to your doctor — call the practice for that.

If you practise in Tunisia and want to claim, correct or remove your listing, write to [email protected] from an address we can tie to your practice. Claiming is free, and it is the only way to publish your real calendar.

You can also start straight away in the clinician portal and finish the verification there.

To see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, write to [email protected]. Our data protection officer is reachable at [email protected], and the full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

You can also complain to Instance Nationale de Protection des Données à Caractère Personnel (INPDP) at any time.

Formal notices, takedown requests and anything a lawyer signed go to [email protected]. Journalists can use the same address and we will point you at someone who can speak on the record.
