Terms of Use

This site is operated by Chat Docto, established in Tunisia. Using it means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 to hold an account. You can book on behalf of a child or a relative by adding them as a family member.

Chat Docto is a directory and a booking tool. We list practitioners, show their published availability and pass your request to their calendar. We do not employ them, we do not supervise their clinical decisions, and we do not practise medicine.

Give real details. A practice that cannot recognise you at the desk, or reach you to move an appointment, cannot treat you. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself.

Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has got into your account.

Choosing a slot sends a request. It becomes an appointment when the practice confirms it, and you will see the status change. A practice may decline or propose another time — that is their calendar, not ours.

• Cancel from your account as soon as you know you cannot make it — a released slot goes to someone who needs it.
• Repeatedly not turning up may cost you the ability to book online with that practice, and in serious cases with the platform.
• Availability shown here comes from the practice's own calendar. It can change between the moment you look and the moment you request.

Finding a doctor and requesting an appointment is free for patients, and we take no commission on your consultation. You pay the practitioner directly, at their practice, at their rate.

Any fee shown on a profile is what the practice published as a starting point. The final amount is between you and them — an examination that turns out to need more than expected costs more than expected.

Sina reads what you write in Arabic, French or English and suggests which kind of practitioner to see. It is a signpost, and like any signpost it can be wrong.

Do not use it to decide whether something is serious, to delay care, or to self-medicate. If you feel worse, see a practitioner regardless of what Sina suggested.

Reviews come from patients who actually attended a visit booked here. Write about your own experience: the welcome, the waiting time, whether you were listened to.

• No insults, no accusations you cannot support, no other people's private details.
• Do not post clinical details about anybody but yourself.
• We remove content that breaks these rules, and we do not remove a review simply because it is unflattering.

Some profiles are published from public professional registers before the practitioner has claimed them. A claimed profile is verified against the practitioner's registration with Conseil National de l'Ordre des Médecins de Tunisie, and only a claimed profile can publish a live calendar.

If you are listed and want the entry corrected or removed, write to [email protected] and we act quickly.

• Scrape, copy or resell the directory, or any part of it.
• Book slots you do not intend to attend, or hold appointments to keep them from others.
• Impersonate a practitioner, a patient or a member of our team.
• Try to reach data that is not yours, or probe the platform's security without a written agreement with us.
• Use the service for anything illegal under the law of Tunisia.

We may suspend an account that does any of this, and we will say why.

The care you receive is the responsibility of the practitioner who provides it. We are responsible for the platform: keeping it available, keeping your data safe and passing your request on accurately.

We do not guarantee that a practice will confirm, that a listed detail is current at every moment, or that the service is never interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law of Tunisia does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the law of Tunisia, and its courts have jurisdiction. We will always try to settle a dispute by email first — write to [email protected].

When we change something that matters, we tell you in the product before it takes effect. Carrying on using the service after that is how you accept the new version.
